- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup black beans (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning with 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until thickened.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a large serving plate or baking sheet.
- Drizzle warm nacho cheese sauce evenly over the chips.
- Spoon the seasoned beef on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Add dollops of sour cream and top with chopped green onions.
