Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

 

  • 1/4 cup black beans (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning with 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until thickened.
  • Arrange tortilla chips on a large serving plate or baking sheet.
  • Drizzle warm nacho cheese sauce evenly over the chips.
  • Spoon the seasoned beef on top of the chips.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  • Add dollops of sour cream and top with chopped green onions.
