- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the Dough: Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Shape the Bread: Divide the dough into portions, shape them into rounds, and flatten slightly.
- Cook on Stovetop: Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Place the dough rounds in the pan and cover with a lid.
- Flip & Cook: Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let it cool slightly and serve warm with butter or your favorite spread.
