Description
A delicious and creamy Olive Garden Shrimp Scampi, made with a flavorful garlic butter sauce and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine or angel hair pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then add cherry tomatoes.
- Return shrimp to the pan, mix well, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and fresh parsley, coating everything evenly.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
