Olive Garden Shrimp Scampi Recipe – Easy & Delicious!

Description

A delicious and creamy Olive Garden Shrimp Scampi, made with a flavorful garlic butter sauce and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine or angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add white wine, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then add cherry tomatoes.
  • Return shrimp to the pan, mix well, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and fresh parsley, coating everything evenly.

 

  • Serve hot with extra Parmesan and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
