Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and let simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.

 

  • Serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
