- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and let simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
