- 150 g (⅔ cup) milk (almond, dairy, etc.)
- 1 g (optional) sweetener (stevia, honey, maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g (1 oz) walnuts, chopped
- 30 g (1 oz) dark chocolate, melted or chopped (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas, then add eggs, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then top with melted or chopped dark chocolate before serving.
Notes
