  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Baguette slices or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the herb-infused oil: In a small pan, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add sliced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  3. Warm the olives: Add the mixed olives to the pan with the herb-infused oil and stir gently to coat them in the flavors.
  4. Bake the brie: Place the brie wheel in an oven-safe dish or on parchment paper. Pour the warm olive and herb-infused oil mixture over the brie.
