Instructions

  • Prepare the Bagels:

    • Slice each bagel in half horizontally.
    • Toast lightly, if desired, for extra crispness.
  • Spread the Cream Cheese:

    • Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese evenly onto each bagel half.
  • Add Smoked Salmon:

    • Layer the smoked salmon slices generously on top of the cream cheese on each bagel half.
